The Challenge
Norton Motorcycles was preparing to unveil a refreshed brand and a new line of motorcycles at EICMA, the Milan Motorcycle Show.
That meant creating a complete brand training experience from scratch, with no structured content, on a tight deadline. The team wanted every employee to understand, feel, and apply the new brand across every touchpoint.
The challenge: translating years of brand development work into an engaging, modern digital experience that worked for a diverse global audience.
Oh, and we had 2 weeks to do it.
Our Approach
Our goal was to go beyond “reading the rules.” We designed a mobile responsive course that helped employees see, feel, and use the brand in real-world contexts, from internal comms to speaking at product launches. We decided on a bespoke Articulate Rise design with enhanced with custom animations and interactive moments. The course delivered a rich walkthrough of Norton’s story, brand DNA, audience focus, and tone of voice, whilst meeting the strict timeline.
Every movement, graphic, and transition was crafted to feel premium and aligned with the new design direction, giving the learning a visual standard that matched the ambition of the brand relaunch.
